Lastly, a heat source provided using lights or coils helps aid in the release of any water that is bound up in the product. The chamber is an enclosed capsule that has been connected to both a condenser and a vacuum pump. The vacuum pump begins to lower the pressure inside the chamber to such a low level that the moisture locked inside the frozen wet documents is vaporized and collected on the condenser. After a set amount of time, heat is then applied to the documents to complete the restoration process by driving out any remaining moisture or water
